Our technical helplines are manned by highly-trained professionals who will endeavour to diagnose and resolve faults over the telephone, and where necessary, arrange for an engineer visit.
We will attend all in-warranty breakdown calls within two working days from the initial call for domestic boiler products and three working days for commercial products.
Technical assistance is also available via our technical support team Monday to Thursday between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm and 8.30 am to 3.45 pm on Friday. Please call 0345 901 1114 and select option 3 on the automated menu. Outside of these hours, you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Our product managers are also active members of the Gas Chat Facebook group and are happy to answer your questions within this forum.

When you call your technical service team, be sure to tell them the error code that the boiler is showing, as in many cases the problem can be fixed over the telephone.
