Sime’s National Sales Manager, John Moran, explains why Sime’s commercial solutions have been launched and what they have to offer.

The commercial specification market covers a huge range of projects requiring boilers of all shapes and sizes.  Light commercial projects for churches, primary schools, doctor and dental surgeries, libraries and retail units may require a larger domestic boiler or a smaller wall-hung commercial boiler.  Large commercial jobs for secondary schools, hospitals, large office blocks and so on tend to require heavier duty boilers that are built for efficiency and longevity as well as power.

Sime’s commercial range was extended this month with new high-efficiency additions:  Estelle HE, Murelle HE 70 kW, 1R HE and 2R HE boilers, as well as the introduction of the brand new ALU HE and ALU PLUS boilers.  Investing in more efficient, condensing commercial boilers has been a priority for us because we understand that everyone in the specification chain of command is looking for best value, high quality technology and to work with manufacturers who understand the different challenges they face, depending on the project they’re working on.  Our new commercial boilers provide a range of different heating solutions and will deliver the same exceptional quality and reliability that domestic installers have come to depend on.

We’re keen to see more innovation and greater investment across the industry in commercial solutions offered by boiler manufacturers across the board.  By driving technological advances, you raise the standards in the industry and can literally provide game-changing solutions that will meet the needs of the future.   We all have an obligation to continually raise standards and set our sights higher still, because the demands and challenges of providing exceptional heating systems are not going to diminish.  The future commercial landscape is going to face new heating and fuel challenges, new environmental challenges and at Sime we are ensuring we are positioned to meet those opportunities head on – bringing installers, specifiers and clients with us.
