Coronavirus – notification of amended working hours
Please note, until further notice, our working times are as follows:
Sales/Technical Support/After Sales – Monday & Wednesday 8.30 am to 5 pm, Friday 8.30 am to 3.45 pm
All (in stock) orders received on working days before 2 pm will be despatched same day for 24/48 hour delivery. Please ensure recipient premises will be open or an agreed drop-off point has been arranged with courier.
Service In/Out of Warranty- Monday to Friday (normal working hours)
For service call logging – Housing Association continue to send via email as currently this is not affected.
Our normal working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm and 8.30 am to 3.45 pm on Friday.
