Sime were Outstanding

“I can’t praise the service and speed with which Sime responded to my call out regarding my Murelle HE boiler. When you purchase any mechanical, electrical or gas equipment, the warranty is a large part of the deciding factor. However, you do not understand the true value of the warranty until you have to use it. All I can say is that when it came to my in-warranty repair, Sime were outstanding. Sime’s policy is to have an engineer out within 48 hours of call out, but they actually had an engineer out to me within two hours of my call. All personnel involved with my repair should be commended for their efficiency and courtesy in relation to this matter.”
